In a small group we will work on your strength and core-stability and you will be taught sport-specific exercises that you can repeat at home if necessary.

Boost Your Balance
In small group working on your overall core and stability. We gradually build up throughout the class series, taking into account everyone's level. The exercises are built up according to your own abilities. Do you already have a good base? Then you won't be left hungry. The lessons are meant to bring/maintain everyone's balance a level higher.
