Group lessons

Looking for motivating group lessons? Then you should try our boost your balance, yoga or cycling group lessons. We always strive for quality (simply put: the groups are not huge) and still keep an eye on you personally and correct you if necessary. It's always nice to work out with a group of motivated people, isn't it?

Stress tests and anthropometric measurements

To measure is to know. Sounds familiar? Rightly so, and we also like a good foundation to build on when tackling your condition. We like to measure the basics, such as height, weight and fat percentage, but we also determine your training zones based on a lactate test. This allows you to know exactly what you need to work on and what you need to train (heart-rate zones) and enables you to train in a targeted way. We carry out treadmill and practical bike trainer tests. In other words, you can have the lactate test on your own bike: handy!

Training schedules

A tailor-made training schedule, possibly for a specific purpose. Keen to run your first marathon or beat your previous triathlon time? We got you! We are happy to link this to a stress test to kick-off your tailored plan. A training schedule can also consist of strength training or injury prevention, depending on your needs.

Hybrid coaching

Hybrid Coaching is an innovative approach where we combine the benefits of personal training with online guidance via our specific app, with tailor-made training programs and coaching. This way you get the “best of both worlds”. You get an exercise schedule that you can complete at home and that saves you time. Every so often you do a 1/1 session with your coach who is also always available to you remotely via the app.
