We strive to organize the highest quality group classes (read: the groups are not huge) and still keep an eye on you as personally as possible and correct you if necessary. | Endurance testing

Measurement is knowledge. Sound familiar? Rightly so, because we too like to start from a grounded base to build further foundations of your fitness. We measure the basics like height, weight and fat percentage but also determine your training zones using a lactate test. This allows you to know very specifically what your working points and training zones (heart rate zones)and you can train in a targeted way. We run tests on the treadmill as well as on the rollers in practice. In other words, you can do the lactate test on your own bike: convenient!

A customized training schedule, whether for a specific goal or not. Want to run your first marathon or dip below your previous triathlon time? We got you. We like to pair this with an exercise test as a kick-off to your personal plan. A training schedule can also consist of strength or injury prevention workouts, depending on your needs.

Hybrid Coaching is an innovative approach where we combine the benefits of personal training with online coaching via our dedicated app, with customized training programs’s and coaching. This way you get “best of both worlds”. So you get an exercise schedule that you can finish at home én which saves you time. Every so often you do a 1/1 session with your coach who is also always remotely available to you via the app.
