Supplementing your cycling workouts with a good core and additional strength training? Take your cycling performance to the next level!
During the winter period, the foundation is laid for a good season. To make optimal use of your relative rest and build-up period, we offer different possibilities.
In a small group we work on your strength and core-stability and you get sports-specific exercises taught that you may repeat at home
You get a different physical stimulus than on the bike and we ensure that the fun content is high.

Want to be even more focused? We help you individually! On the basis of a screening or your working points that are already known, we work out a strength and core program together with you.
