Specific and targeted work? We help you individually! On the basis of a screening or your already known working points, we work out a strength and core program together with you and we work on this together during guided sessions, so it is always easy to follow up and adjust.

We combine years of experience with top sports and professional athletes with an extensive medical background. This way we plan your training optimally and prepare you for the next season.

  • TrainingPeaks
    We can integrate your personally prepared schedule directly into TrainingPeaks so you can use it to its full potential. In consultation with your coach we can further fine tune and optimize this schedule.

Supplementing your cycling workouts with a good core and additional strength training? Take your cycling performance to the next level!

In a small group we will work on your strength and core-stability and teach you sport-specific exercises that you can repeat at home if necessary. You get a different physical stimulus than on the bike and we make sure that the fun level is high.

Whether you're heading down the mountain on skis or on your snowboard, proper preparation makes the difference between a top-notch vacation and a painful week on the sidelines. In fact, many injuries occur due to physical risk factors that are apparent even before you set off on your trip.

With a targeted screening we chart your flexibility, strength, stability and control. Based on these results, we will work together on your weak links so that you will be stronger, more stable and more confident on the slopes. You will receive a personal report and exercise schedule that you can use at home to get started. Or you can choose to work on this further with one of our physical coaches, either individually or in a small group.
